ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking and later as a team member for a State Farm agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both customer service and the day-to-day operations of a successful agency.
I’m a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I’m married with three kids, and much of my time outside the office is spent traveling to their sporting events. I also enjoy golfing and hunting whenever I get the chance. I stay connected to the community by sponsoring a local baseball team and supporting youth athletics. Being involved locally is an important part of what we do.
Our agency offers PTO, training and development opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I believe in creating an environment where my team feels supported and set up for long-term success.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Wurtz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
